By downloading, installing, or using the Lumivy mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our application.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Lumivy regarding your use of the application and services.

Eligibility

If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use this application. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate your access if you do not meet our age requirements.

License to Use Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Lumivy on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

• Download and install the application on your compatible devices
• Use the application for personal entertainment purposes
• Purchase in-game coins to unlock premium features

You may NOT:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the application
• Use the application for commercial purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the application

In-App Purchases and Coins

Lumivy offers coin purchases to enhance your gaming experience:

Purchase Terms:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Coins are virtual currency with no real-world value
• All sales are final and non-refundable (except as required by law)
• Coins cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real money
• We do not offer subscription services - all purchases are one-time transactions

What Coins Can Purchase:

• Premium icon themes (Animal, Gem, Plant, Snack collections)
• Additional game features and customizations
• Special in-game items and enhancements

User Conduct

You agree to use Lumivy responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You will not:

• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
• Use any automated systems to access the application
• Attempt to extract or harvest data from the application
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the application

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Lumivy, including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons, images, text, software, and design, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the application or purchasing in-game items.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Lumivy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Lumivy at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

Changes to Terms of Service
